    • Welcome to Regina Caeli Parish!
Regina Caeli Parish was formally erected in the Archdiocese on August 15, 2013.  Established in September 2011 by the FSSP, it currently operates out of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Northwest Houston.  WIth the permission of Cardinal DiNardo, Regina Caeli is in the initial stages of a capital campaign to raise funds for a church to be built on land donated for that purpose. News and details of the campaign coming soon.
