    • Welcome to Regina Caeli Parish!
Regina Caeli Parish was formally erected in the Archdiocese on August 15, 2013.  Established in September 2011 by the FSSP, it currently operates out of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Northwest Houston.  WIth the permission of Cardinal DiNardo, Regina Caeli launched the In Omnibus et Servire Domino Capital Campaign in July 2014 to raise funds for a parish complex to be built on land donated for that purpose.
