Saturday, Oct. 21, 12 Noon-5pm

Silent Auction, Food, Games, Saints Costume Contest, Vendor Booths, and More! 
$10 Family Admission includes unlimited games. Other attractions:
Trailrides 5 tickets, Pulled Pork Meals 12 tickets, Hotdog meal 5 tickets, Spin-a-Prize 2 tickets,
and Concessions 1 ticket each
This year's festival will help fund our new classroom buildings.

It's our 10th Anniversary as a Parish! Let's celebrate with old-fashioned fun! Here are ways you can help.

Festival Booth Sponsorships and General Donations. Sponsor a festival booth! Go large with a big tent sponsorship or sponsor one of our many other booths. But hurry! Once a booth is claimed, it's gone. Sponsorships range from $5,000 to $250 and defray the cost of the Festival. The sponsor's name will be attached to the booth/tent and recognized during Fall Festival, unless otherwise requested. 

We rely heavily on Individual and Corporate Booth Sponsors, but we also appreciate and need general donations. Both are vital to covering the cost of the Festival and allowing more funds to be allocated to the building and capital improvements fund.

The Fall Festival is fun, exciting and full of wonderful surprises. Why? Because of dedicated Regina Caeli Parish volunteers like YOU! This year we will limit shifts to 1-2 hour single shifts, so everyone has a chance to enjoy their time at the festival! Please consider volunteering. The more volunteers, the more fun for all.

Do you run a family business? Are you looking for new ways to support the parish? Then consider selling your wares at the 2023 Fall Festival! We are currently seeking vendors to sell items and services. Booths will be set up around the perimeter of the main tent. so you are sure to attract many visitors with your wares! Hurry! Deadline to submit form is Sept. 30, 2023.


Silent Auction:  Now is the time to donate items for the Silent Auction!

We need things like religious art, gift cards, theme baskets, event tickets, sports memorabilia, handmade items, lessons, jewelry and more! Need more ideas? Think of the things you wolud like to bid on or have enjoyed bidding on at past Auctions. Those are the perfect things to give.
