During each of the first eight days of November, Holy Mother Church grants a plenary indulgence for poor souls to those who visit a cemetery and pray for the departed and also meet the usual conditions for a plenary indulgence.
A plenary indulgence may be gained on Sunday, Oct. 25, Feast of Christ the King. Regina Caeli will recite the Act of Consecration of the Human Race to the Sacred Heart of Jesus after every Mass.
On Sunday October 18, those who joined the Confraternity of St. Peter and received their membership certificate in the past 12 months may gain a plenary indulgence. There will be a short ceremony after all the Masses for these new members.
Every first Sunday in October, the North American District of the Fraternity and its supporters renew the District's consecration to the Blessed Virgin Mary. If you were not able to attend the Sunday Mass, please say the prayer at some point in the month of October.
